The heat pump should only be installed by an experienced installer; specifically, a certified refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic and a certified electrician. The installer should perform a full heat load analysis to ensure the unit selected is properly sized for maximum efficiency and performance. Installers on this list have been confirmed by the Department of Advanced Education and Skills to have met the qualification requirements of a Journeyperson Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic.
